This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Associate role located in Miami, FL. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), monitoring product quality, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Additional responsibilities include working in clean rooms and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Daily tasks involve collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency and addressing any operational challenges promptly.

• Experience with Manufacturing Operations and Clean Room environments
• Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
