HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in aircraft component overhaul and repair, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to join our technical team.

This dynamic, hands‑on role allows you to assemble, install, test, and maintain electromechanical components and systems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct functional testing, calibration, and validation to ensure all systems meet strict aerospace quality, safety, and performance standards.

• Assemble, install, and test electromechanical components and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and functional testing, calibration, and validation of assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet aerospace quality, safety, and performance standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in electromechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and MRO standards is preferred.
