Second-Shift Production Lead: Quality & Safety Champion

A leading food production company in Miami is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee teams in production, packaging, and logistics. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of supervisory experience in the food industry and strong leadership skills. You will ensure that all products meet quality standards and train new employees. This role also includes conducting performance evaluations and improving plant efficiency.

The position requires the ability to work a 2nd shift schedule from 10 PM to 10 AM, four days per week.
