Summary: The Technician C is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates from Technical or A&P school, or mechanics with less than five years of heavy aircraft experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Use FAA-approved data (e.g., IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM) proficiently.
- Ensure work performed adheres to high-quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year related experience/training.
- May or may not have an A&P license.
- Some maintenance experience, including outside of aviation, preferred.
- Ability to use minimum required tools skillfully.
- 1 to 3 years aviation maintenance experience preferred.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Work involves sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving within a warehouse setting. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
