Job Summary

Barfield, a subsidiary of Air France Industries KLM Engineering, is looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Manufacturing team. In this role you will assemble fabricated parts into small sub‑assemblies and complete units, supporting the production of high‑quality aviation components.

• Assemble fabricated parts into small sub‑assemblies and complete units.
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned while complying with safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Work under general supervision, typically reporting to a lead person, supervisor, or manager.

• Positive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Manual dexterity and a willingness to perform repetitive work.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working at a bench/assembly line.
• Familiarity with hand tools and soldering tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Participation in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
