This position is responsible for properly recognizing the correct linen belonging to the account being processed. Ensure there is no mixed, dirty, or damaged linen before feeding it into the machine or hand-folding it. Maintain a fast pace while practicing safety procedures and assist in ensuring machinery operates correctly by communicating with leaders.

• Feed machinery with sheets, duvets, bathrobes, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, napkins, mats.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Verify linen matches assigned account.
• Identify and separate damaged, dirty, or mixed linen into correct containers.
• Maintain an average production rate of 85% or above in the IT system (Spindle).
• Always log into the IT system while working on the machine.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 3 months or more related experience in a commercial laundry or hotel industry.
• Ability to understand, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and product labeling.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet required performance goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Attention to detail.

The job is performed in an indoor office environment with usual office equipment. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, raising up to 50 lbs, using precise hand movements, and occasional lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs. Exposure to noise, vibration, and moving parts requires appropriate protective measures.
