Our Company Is Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Painter for our Condominium in Midtown Miami, FL (33137).

Schedule:

Saturday through Wednesday (7a-3p).

• Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled
• Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use
• Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary
• Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing
• Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties
• Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keep items orderly on paint cart. Clean and store tools and equipment

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Experience in a high-rise condominium a plus
