This is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami, FL, for a Xerox Printer Repair Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Xerox printers, performing routine maintenance, managing print production tasks, and ensuring quality output. Responsibilities also include providing support for customers’ digital printing needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining optimal performance of printing equipment.
Qualifications- 5 plus years Experience with Printer Support and maintaining Xerox printing equipment
- Knowledge of Print Production workflows and processes
- Skills in Printing and troubleshooting printing solutions
- Familiarity with Bindery and post-print operations
- Understanding of Inkjet technologies
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site repairs
- Prior experience with Xerox or similar printing equipment is an advantage
- High school diploma or relevant technical certification required
