Our Hialeah-based manufacturing facility is looking for a motivated Maintenance Apprentice to join our technical team. You’ll work alongside seasoned engineers and senior technicians, gaining real-world experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production machinery. Salary: $38,000 - $41,000 per year

• Preventive Maintenance: Assist senior technicians with routine inspections and lubrication of conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components to prevent equipment failure.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Support the diagnostic process and physical repair of mechanical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring all specialized tools and safety equipment are properly stored and accounted for.
• Technical Learning: Shadow master mechanics to learn how to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals for complex manufacturing hardware.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, during all repair activities.
