Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation & Field Marketing

What you’ll be doing- Support global demand generation and field marketing initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Content, Design and other teams to drive qualified leads.
- Campaign Management:
Build and optimize multi‑touch global programs with account‑based marketing (ABM), lead nurture, paid advertising, events, and email. - Field Marketing Support:
Plan and coordinate field marketing initiatives (conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events), including event logistics, vendor management, and onsite support. - Performance Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline tracking and ROI, making data‑driven adjustments to improve results. - Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, operations, content and design teams to align messaging, creative assets and campaign tracking. - Budget & Reporting:
Manage demand generation & field marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns and events stay within budget and deliver strong ROI; contribute to quarterly performance reports. - Market Insights:
Stay informed on competitors, marketing trends and industry changes to refine and optimize marketing program strategies.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. - Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a full‑time marketing role, performance marketing (demand generation, growth, field/events marketing) preferred. - Performance:
Experience supporting B2B marketing programs across multiple regions, including campaigns coordination, events support and marketing analytics. - Technical
Skills:
Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Linked In), SEO, and email marketing tools; proficient in Salesforce, Hub Spot, and ABM platforms (6sense preferred); strong Excel skills; familiarity with project management tools such as - Analytical Mindset:
Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analyzing results to identify performance improvements based on goals and KPIs. - Self‑Motivation:
Proactive, adaptable self‑starter with attention to detail. - Project Management:
Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, vendors and deadlines while staying within budget in a fast‑paced environment. - Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent spoken and written English required. - Travel:
Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
