We’re looking for a hands‑on Affiliate & Community Manager to help scale our creator and affiliate programs — driving viral content, community engagement, and GMV growth on Tik Tok.

• Build and manage creator and affiliate communities across Tik Tok Shop, Discord, and email
  .
• Maintain relationships with top creators and affiliates; track GMV, ROI, and performance velocity
  .
• Develop incentive programs and tiered reward systems to drive consistent posting and sales.
• Activate affiliates around major marketing events (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Prime Day, etc.).
• Identify and onboard new Tik Tok creators and affiliates through open and targeted campaigns.
• Manage outreach workflows, briefs, and follow-ups using automation tools (e.g.,
  Euka.ai
  , Tik Tok Creator Center
  ).
• Support multi-channel recruitment via community touchpoints, newsletters, and updates.

• Track and report GMV, ROI, and content velocity in partnership with the analytics team.
• Use dashboards and performance data to identify top performers and scale successful playbooks.
• Collaborate with merchandising and operations to align inventory, pricing, and promotions

• Partner with creators and the content team to repurpose top UGC for Tik Tok, Amazon listings, and ads
  .
• Support Spark Ads amplification and optimize content for performance and conversion.

• Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding flows, and affiliate playbooks
  .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline recruiting, reporting, and communications.

• Hands‑on operator with 2–5 years in Tik Tok affiliate, influencer, or creator community management
  .
• Proven experience building and managing creator communities (Discord, Whats App, or email).
• Comfortable using Tik Tok Shop, Creator Marketplace, Spark Ads
  , and affiliate dashboards.
• Data‑literate; capable of translating GMV and campaign metrics into actionable insights.
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Euka.ai) to accelerate workflows.
• Creative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
