The Senior Specialist, Brand will play a pivotal role in strengthening and advancing Norwegian Cruise Line's brand presence. This position supports the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact initiatives that drive awareness, enhance brand positioning, and deepen customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Specialist, Brand ensures a consistent brand message and experience across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

The role contributes to campaign strategy, delivers brand activations, and monitors brand performance to inform future decisions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner in the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns that strengthen market positioning, drive awareness, and deepen customer engagement.
  • Manage campaign timelines, milestones, deliverables, and status updates, ensuring alignment and accountability across cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign assets are developed, reviewed, and deployed on schedule.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistency and integrity of brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead the organization and tracking of campaign assets, ensuring effective access, usage, and version control.
  • Facilitate feedback and approvals with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of brand activations.
  • Gather and review campaign performance and brand health metrics, leveraging insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging best practices to bring forward innovative brand-building ideas.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • DEGREE TYPE:
    Bachelor’s Degree
  • FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
    In Marketing or any related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
  • EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum 3 years' proven experience in brand marketing and campaign execution and a successful track record of contributing to business results.
  • COMPETENCIES/

    SKILLS:
    • Self-starter, with the ability to both define and execute campaigns and projects.
    • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with an ability to lead a project from design to implementation.
    • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
    • Understanding of brand strategy and campaign execution, including brand positioning, brand guidelines, brand activations and 360 integrated campaigns.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Ability to adapt to change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
