Position Summary :
The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker responsible for shaping and driving the vision of our industry-leading vacation brand. This role blends creative ambition with operational excellence—leading marketing strategy, inspiring teams, and building a dominant global vacation brand. As steward of the brand’s identity, this individual ensures consistent storytelling and positioning, while fostering curiosity and innovation to stay ahead of cultural and consumer trends.
With sharp detail and a drive for best-in-class results, this role builds strategies and develops opportunities to create awareness and conversation for the brand globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or other related field required
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with an emphasis on creative and campaign management for a consumer brand.
- Proven ability to lead brand strategy and execution with a deep understanding of integrated marketing, production, and media.
- Exceptional people and project leadership—adept at managing high-performing teams and complex campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and assessing marketing ROI.
