We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support the development, execution, and refinement of brand, content, and marketing initiatives across multiple high-end properties and lifestyle ventures.
The role sits at the heart of a fast-moving, founder-led environment and requires exceptional aesthetic taste, strong creative instincts, and hands‑on execution across digital, social, and experiential marketing.
You will work closely with the Director of Branding & Marketing to bring the brand vision to life across all touchpoints—ensuring consistency, sophistication, and a clear quiet‑luxury identity.
Key Responsibilities Brand Execution & Creative Support- Support the development and rollout of brand identity systems across properties, digital channels, and marketing assets.
- Translate high‑level brand direction into polished, on‑brand creative outputs.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across internal and external channels.
- Assist in planning, producing, and coordinating high‑quality content—photo, video, social, digital—that reflects the brand’s luxury tone.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and agencies to create refined visual storytelling.
- Draft copy for campaigns, social media, newsletters, and brand narratives.
- Manage day‑to‑day execution of social media calendars for corporate, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle brands in the portfolio.
- Support growth strategies across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor analytics and provide insights to optimize performance and elevate brand engagement.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, brand launches, property openings, and luxury activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, operations, hospitality) to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage timelines, asset delivery, and campaign checklists to keep projects on track.
- Work with creative, PR, and digital agencies—ensuring alignment, quality control, and timely delivery.
- Source and manage vendors for creative production, experiential activations, and branded materials.
- Support PR initiatives, press coordination, and brand storytelling with external partners.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and luxury lifestyle partnerships.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, activations, and hospitality experiences.
- 3–6 years experience in ULTRA luxury hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, or high‑end consumer brands.
- Strong foundation in brand marketing
, content creation, and social strategy. - Exceptional eye for visual aesthetics
, design, and luxury storytelling. - Experience producing or coordinating photo/video shoots and managing external creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a refined, consistent brand look.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort crafting on‑brand messaging.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced founder‑led environment.
- Experience with quiet‑luxury brands (Aman, Rosewood, EDITION, Faena, Loro Piana, etc.) is a major plus.
- Agency experience or working cross‑functionally with creative teams preferred.
- Full‑time, on‑site in Miami
