Marketing Manager

Cannabis + Fin Tech | Build It. Own It. Scale It.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager (1099 Contractor) to own our marketing function end‑to‑end
. This is not a “plug‑in and maintain” role — this is a build, scale, and lead opportunity.

You’ll be the sole marketing leader
, partnering directly with executive leadership to shape strategy, execute campaigns, and grow brand presence in the cannabis, fintech, and payments space
.

• Marketing strategy + execution across digital, brand, content, and campaigns
• Demand generation & lead growth (Linked In, email, SEO, PPC, website)
• Brand & creative oversight — messaging, visuals, graphics, and web projects
• Content strategy for Linked In, sales enablement, email, and web
• Trade shows & industry events (booths, collateral, promotions, ROI tracking)
• Marketing infrastructure — tools, workflows, reporting, and processes
• Budget management & ROI tracking
• Cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Customer Success & Leadership

• Strong, consistent brand presence
• Scalable campaigns that drive real leads
• Clear performance metrics and reporting
• Marketing that supports revenue — not just awareness
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
• Comfortable being the sole or first marketing hire
• Strong understanding of creative, graphics, and web workflows
• Data-driven, organized, and execution-focused
• Experience in cannabis, fintech, or payments is a big plus
• Thrive in a 1099 / contract environment with autonomy and ownership
• Hybrid role based out of Miami HQ
• Contract scope, compensation, and duration based on experience and deliverables
