Position Summary

The Manager, Client Services will effectively deliver full company capabilities and solutions to clients, establish marketing priorities, assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, and implement steps to achieve deliverables for the company and the client, both on time and on budget. Overall, the Manager, Client Services role is to provide support to the clients in order to meet business challenges and goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading marketing solutions across various accounts. These responsibilities include planning, development, budget management, and execution of traditional/digital marketing, experiential and shopper marketing.
  • Responsible for providing daily coordination between all cross‑functional departments of Loud And Live.
  • Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and assessing the budget allocated for marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of client programs and initiatives in order to educate others on all client activity.
  • Provide data/measurement reports with analysis to help client identify trends and opportunities.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and clarity of any written document, including creative and production briefs, conference reports and marketing plans, before submission to agency leadership and the client.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years in the advertising industry or related account management/marketing experience.
  • Conversant in all media types, including the ability to understand and integrate media solutions based on SOW or project.
  • Experience working with sponsor ships, brand activation, and experiential marketing.
  • Proactive in dealing with challenges head‑on.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish required. No exceptions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Passionate individual willing to immerse themself in their work.
  • Superior communication skills: oral, written, and listening.
  • Ability to work effectively with management.
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish required. No exceptions.

  • Must be flexible when necessary; able and willing to explore and test new ways of doing things; must not remain set in ways to the detriment of the Company’s competitiveness.
  • Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Travel Requirements
  • Less than 25% travel required.
Physical Requirements

Constant:
During working hours; the incumbent will mostly sit in front of a computer.

Occasional:
Flexibility and willingness to work unconventional hours (nights and weekends) when necessary.

Working Environment
  • Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy while shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
  • Fast‑paced environment with peaks of intensity and increased workloads.
