, a Latina‑owned beauty retail and curatorial platform, is seeking a Brand Partnerships & Merchandise Manager to support the growth of our strategic brand collaborations and sponsorship revenue.

This role will be responsible for:

• Identifying and pitching potential beauty brand partners
• Managing outreach, follow‑ups, and scheduling partnership meetings
• Developing proposals and negotiating partnership terms (cash + product + co‑marketing)
• Coordinating collaboration deliverables across campaigns, bundle features, and select merchandising initiatives

Mandatory skills:

• Brand partnerships and/or sponsorship sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proposal development and negotiation capabilities
• Project management, organization, and deadline tracking
• Beauty and DTC experience strongly preferred
