🎉The Role

We’re looking for an Events Specialist who can bring Taily’s mission to life through immersive, memorable brand experiences — from pop‑ups and trade shows to influencer meetups, retail activations, and community events.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and logistics — someone who can manage every detail while creating moments that make people (and pets) fall in love with the brand.

🔑What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and execute brand events, pop-ups, trade shows, and experiential activations.
• Coordinate all event logistics: vendors, venues, permits, catering, staff, and supplies.
• Work with the marketing and social teams to ensure all events align with Taily’s brand identity and content strategy.
• Oversee event setup and teardown — making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.
• Build relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors to secure best‑in‑class experiences.
• Capture event moments and coordinate with the content team for social media storytelling.
• Analyze event performance and ROI — identifying what worked and how to improve.
• Help build a yearly event calendar that grows Taily’s brand presence nationally.

• Experienced in both event planning and brand marketing.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized — you never miss a deadline or a delivery.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and adapting to last‑minute changes.
• A strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and vendors with ease.
• Passionate about pets and wellness — bonus points if you’ve worked with pet brands or lifestyle CPG companies before.

🎯Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, brand activations, or experiential marketing (DTC or CPG preferred).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale events from concept to execution.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events (some weekends and travel required).
• Excellent budgeting and reporting abilities.
• A creative eye for brand storytelling and aesthetics.
