TikTok Shop Manager

We are partnered with a long standing eCommerce and digital marketing accelerator who are currently building out their social commerce function across creator, affiliate, and paid programs for consumer brands. They're growing the team and need a Tik Tok Shop Manager who already speaks the language of GMV, affiliates, and Shop campaigns.

This is a client-facing role with real ownership. You'll be the day-to-day lead on a portfolio of brand accounts, turning their goals into campaigns that actually move product, and keeping the internal teams (creator, paid, content, ops) pointed in the same direction.

• Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of brand clients, running weekly calls, setting expectations, and being the person they trust when things move fast
• Translate client objectives into Tik Tok Shop plans across creator affiliate, sampling, LIVE, and paid (GMV Max / Ads Manager)
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to brief, from creator outreach through content approval and launch
• Report on performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion, creator output) and turn the numbers into a clear story and next steps for the client
• Spot growth opportunities within accounts, from new product launches to seasonal pushes to expanding into LIVE or paid
• Stay close to platform changes, policy updates, and what's converting on the feed right now

• Strong client facing experience, ideally in social, influencer, ecommerce, or marketplace
• Hands-on Tik Tok Shop experience, whether agency-side or brand-side
• Comfort with performance data and the confidence to present it to clients, including when results are off-target
• Strong organisation across multiple accounts and shifting priorities
• A genuine interest in the creator economy. You're on the platform, you notice what works, and you have opinions about why

• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces alongside social commerce
• Category exposure in beauty, wellness, CPG, or fashion
