We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who wants to be close to the work, learn from senior PR professionals, and grow quickly in a creative agency environment.
The RoleYou’ll support PR and social media campaigns across a range of clients, including:
- Researching media, trends, and story opportunities
- Building media lists and supporting outreach
- Drafting pitches, press releases, and client communications
- Tracking coverage, deadlines, deliverables, and results
- Supporting social content and working with creators, clients to execute
- Preparing client meetings, reports, and presentations
- Contributing ideas and helping execute campaigns from start to finish
You have a degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, plus strong internship or early agency experience.
You’re a strong writer, highly organized, plugged into media and social, and genuinely curious about brands and culture . You can manage multiple deadlines, pay attention to details, take initiative, and want to grow into greater responsibility.
PR agency experience is a plus.

We operate on a hybrid schedule , with regular in-person collaboration and meetings at The Moore in Miami Design District (MDD) .
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, have real responsibility early, and get exposure to the full PR and social process.
