We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join the team in one of our Florida offices.

Working closely with the Regional Marketing Lead, the Regional Marketing Specialist will support marketing programs that drive brand awareness, business development, and lead generation for offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a dynamic environment. • Assist in executing regional marketing plans, campaigns, and reporting to support business development and growth initiatives
• Support regional brand-building and lead generation initiatives
• Coordinate and fulfill a high volume of sponsorship commitments, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with events team and Regional Marketing Lead to plan and execute events across Mid-Atlantic Region offices
• Support social media and thought leadership efforts
• Track program and event performance against marketing budgets and objectives.
• Assist with account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform administrative duties associated with contracts, budgets, invoices, biographies, and more.

The successful candidate will have:

• Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of accounting or legal marketing experience. Similar B2B marketing experience will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable of social media best practices and ability to develop effective social media copy to align with business development goals
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality execution
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, particularly in a hybrid environment
