As a Manager Communications, you will be responsible for:

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of agent-facing communications supporting business initiatives, operational updates, product launches, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of communications professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify communication needs and deliver effective communication solutions.
• Translate complex business information into clear, concise, and actionable communications.
• Oversee the creation, review, approval, and distribution of communication materials across multiple channels.
• Manage communication calendars, priorities, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure communications meet quality, compliance, branding, and governance standards.
• Drive consistency and effectiveness across all agent communication channels.
• Monitor communication performance and leverage insights to improve engagement and communication outcomes.
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding communication strategies, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing communications, change management, customer communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising communications professionals.
• Experience developing and executing communication plans supporting business initiatives, operational changes, product launches, or organizational change.
• Experience managing communication campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business, operational, technical, or regulatory information into clear and actionable messaging.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization, coordination of multiple initiatives, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, editing, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience measuring communication effectiveness and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
• Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
