Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Specialist to support the execution of customer-focused marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. This position works directly with scheduled campaigns, helping ensure marketing materials, messaging, and customer engagement activities are carried out consistently.

The Marketing Specialist will learn the objectives and key messaging behind each campaign, communicate information to customers, support promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer response. This is a hands-on marketing role suited for someone who enjoys working with people and contributing to campaigns from launch through completion.

• Support the day-to-day execution of assigned marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Learn campaign objectives, key messages, featured products, and customer offers.
• Communicate campaign information directly to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce customers to featured products or services associated with current campaigns.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding campaign offerings.
• Assist with customer engagement activities designed to increase awareness and participation.
• Prepare marketing materials, informational resources, and campaign displays.
• Ensure campaign materials and messaging are presented consistently.
• Assist with promotional events and other scheduled campaign activities.
• Help maintain organized customer-facing campaign areas and materials.
• Monitor customer responses and identify frequently asked questions.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to the marketing team.
• Track basic campaign activity and participation as required.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure campaign materials and information remain current.
