Oh Polly is seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Lead to join our US team in Miami, reporting to Retail & E-Commerce Director. You will drive online sales by optimising the US customer journey, implementing local trading strategies and ensuring best-in-class e-commerce execution for Oh Polly and Bo+Tee.
You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Creative, CRM and Tech to maximise conversion, revenue and brand engagement across US sites and regional markets.
