Recom is expanding beyond Amazon into social commerce and creator-driven growth, and we're seeking a Tik Tok Shop & Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to own both fronts. Reporting directly to the SVP, Social & Agentic Commerce, this role will set the strategy for launching and scaling Tik Tok Shop across our brand portfolio—while also owning the Amazon-focused affiliate and influencer programs.
