Purpose
:
To assist the Outreach Director with planning, organizing and managing Outreach activities and/or events, to further the mission of Miami Vineyard within the city of Miami and beyond.

Requirements

Flexible schedule is required, allowing for availability to lead and serve on weekends, occasional evenings and special events

Bilingual English/Spanish preffered

Proven experience in community outreach, social media management, or digital marketing

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Duties

Support the Outreach Director by executing day-to-day outreach operations and helping implement community engagement plans across the Miami area, with a focus on volunteer identification, recruitment, and training.

Coordinate closely with the Outreach Director to organize, schedule, and track micro-mission activities, ensuring each project has the volunteers, materials, and communication needed for success.

Actively recruit, onboard, and train volunteers and volunteer leaders
, building a consistent volunteer base that supports ongoing outreach and mission’s efforts.

Capture and organize outreach visuals and stories (photos, short videos, testimonials) for use in church communications and volunteer recruitment efforts.

Maintain the administrative systems for Outreach & Missions within the Church Management Software, including volunteer profiles, event registration forms, attendance tracking, and activity records.

Assist in coordinating outreach events (handling logistics such as setup, volunteer coordination, supply management, and teardown) while ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after events.

Assist the Outreach Director in building and sustaining partnerships with local organizations, community leaders, and influencers that align with Miami Vineyard’s outreach goals, supporting the Outreach Director in follow-ups and relationship management.
