The Bizarre Agency is hiring Charity Event Representatives to join our face-to-face fundraising team across Miami.

You’ll work at promotional booths in shopping centers, festivals, and community spaces, introducing nonprofit campaigns and encouraging donations and supporter sign-ups. This is an active, goal-focused role involving direct public outreach—not simply event setup.

No previous sales or fundraising experience is required. We provide hands‑on training and ongoing coaching.

• Help set up charity booths, signage, and promotional displays
• Confidently approach members of the public and start conversations
• Explain each nonprofit partner’s mission, programs, and impact
• Answer questions and encourage donations or supporter sign‑ups
• Work toward individual and team fundraising goals
• Apply feedback to improve your communication and outreach skills
• Collaborate with your team to keep events organised and welcoming
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally and respectfully

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or volunteering is welcome—but not required.

• Full training and ongoing coaching
• Weekly pay with uncapped commission opportunities
• Reported average weekly earnings of $600–$900
• Practical experience in fundraising, customer engagement, and events
• A collaborative team supporting nonprofit campaigns

This is an onsite role at campaign locations throughout Miami. Applicants must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and occasional local travel.
