We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, medication side effects, and other relevant information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
• Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
• 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and compassion to our residents

• Full-time position, working 7p-7:30a, Monday-Friday

• $28-$31 hourly, depending on experience
