Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our Neurology team in Miami. The NP will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and episodic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance reviews

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in EMR systems and telehealth platforms – eClinical
  
  Works preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Active NP or PA license in the state of Florida
• National certification
• DEA license (if prescribing controlled substances)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Experience in relevant clinical settings preferred
