Clinical Research Nurse Manager
Full-Time | Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Salary: $105,647 – $140,511 per year (based on experience)

About the Role
As the Clinical Research Nurse Manager
, you’ll play a key leadership role supporting the Director of Clinical Research Operations. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day activities of our clinical research program — ensuring every trial meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
You’ll guide a talented team of research nurses and coordinators while collaborating closely with physicians, investigators, and interdisciplinary leaders to drive meaningful advancements in patient care.
Your Key Responsibilities would be
- Lead and mentor clinical research staff to ensure high‑quality trial operations.
- Oversee compliance with institutional, federal, and state research regulations.
- Partner with principal investigators and clinical teams to support active studies.
- Develop and implement efficient research processes to enhance performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence in clinical research.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications:
- ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
- BLS Certification
- Experience:
- MUST have at least 7 years of experience in clinical trial operations.
- MUST have a Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within clinical research (academic or complex research environment preferred).
- Strong background in oncology research highly preferred.
