The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team.
The RN will apply the nursing process and deliver patient care, demonstrating clinical judgment under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care; documenting the plan of care; performing interventions; revising plans as needed; and addressing both physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
