Responsibilities:Oversee the overall direction and operation of our nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care that align with our organization's mission and vision
Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork
Conduct regular assessments of patient care and implement strategies to improve outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication among healthcare professionals
Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes
