About the Opportunity
Unified Care Home Health Services is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Pediatric Private Duty LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

What You'll Do
- Deliver direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting
- Perform and assist with skilled nursing treatments and daily care needs
- Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate any changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow physician orders, individualized care plans, and agency policies
- Support and educate families and caregivers on patient care needs
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Home health or private duty experience preferred
- Experience with trach, g-tube, and ventilator-dependent patients is a strong plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to travel within the service area
