, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care on weekends. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to join our team and lead by example.

As a Weekend RN Supervisor
, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients during weekend shifts. Your primary duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and center policies

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends

• Current RN license in the State of Florida

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
