Nurse Supervisor

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long‑term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

• Oversee nursing care and staff during the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift.
• Monitor staffing, assign duties, and address attendance or coverage concerns.
• Make rounds to ensure residents receive quality care and staff follow facility policies.
• Monitor medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and direct care as needed.
• Communicate concerns to the Director of Nursing, physicians, and families as appropriate.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally.
• Complete incident reports and maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment.
