The Lakes Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Florida. The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care and make clinical judgments under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, documenting care plans, performing interventions, and revising plans based on outcomes. Current RN license, health certificate, PPD/Chest X-Ray, and BLS are required; 1 year of RN experience preferred.
