Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene
• Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
