Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager - IPU, the Hospice RN provides high quality skilled care to patients with acute needs and collaborates with LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to maximize comfort and quality of life.
You will perform ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, educate families, and participate in the interdisciplinary group.
