Competitive Compensation

Enjoy a base salary of $160,000 – $200,000 with monthly 20‑22% production pay, and NO negative accrual.

Student Loan Repayment Program

Up to $20,000/year for 4 years.

Continuing Education Support

$2,500 CE allowance + 3 CE PTO days for full‑time DVMs.

Your Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Diagnose, treat, and stabilize emergency and trauma cases
• Perform emergency surgeries as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and veterinary technicians
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1–2 years of emergency experience preferred (mentorship available for strong candidates with GP experience seeking ER transition)
• Calm under pressure, compassionate with clients, and collaborative with team members
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
