Equipaws Pet Services is looking for pet lovers to join our team as Pet Care Specialists who walk dogs, care for cats, and support our clients with excellent, in-home pet care services.

As a Mid Day Dog Walker, you will work with pets in their homes within your assigned area, providing walks, playtime, feeding support, and the occasional care tasks described below. You will document visits via our app and communicate with clients as needed.

• Drive within a personalized service area (typically 20 minutes or less between visits) to perform dog walks, yard time, and check-ins.
• Provide water, treats or food as appropriate, and monitor pets during visits.
• Complete a digital journal of each visit in the app and share photos with pet parents.
• Offer additional visits in the evenings and on weekends when available, including sleepovers with pets.
• Answer client questions, follow care instructions, and uphold safety and welfare standards for all animals in your care.

• Age 19+; ability to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• Reliable, insured automobile and a valid driver’s license; comfortable using an easy-to-learn app.
• Personal experience owning or caring for dogs and/or cats; ability to interpret animal body language.
• Live in or near Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or nearby areas (or willing to travel within your approved zone).
• Availability to work 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. during weekdays and a minimum of one weekend per month.
• Relevant experience such as dog training, grooming, or animal shelter volunteering is a plus.
• Commitment to at least nine months and ability to work through all seasons and weather in Miami.

• Be an actual W-2 employee, not an independent contractor.
• Potential earnings of $500–$1,000+ per month, depending on hours, plus 100% of tips.
