• Gathers requirements through discussions with customers and documentation of use cases, and specifications or other appropriate means.
• Evaluates requirements documented by other team members.
• Conducts initial testing of requirements through the use of prototyping or other methods.
• Reviews and evaluates use cases and other functional designs that solve the business problems.
• Participates in validation of integration and regression test plans and execute tests against developed products.
• Prepares and maintains functional and design requirements documentation to be reviewed by manager and used by technical resources.
• Meets with the technical resources during the build process providing requirement clarification as needed.
• Ensures that technical resources are building a solution that meets the design requirements and escalates major deviations to manager.
• Participates in and coordinates system testing, executing developed test plan(s) and documenting and prioritizing defects discovered during testing.
