Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Quality Control Lead located in Doral, FL. The candidate will conduct quality control and quality assurance processes, utilize analytical skills to assess product quality, manage and maintain quality standards, and effectively communicate with team members.
Responsibilities Merchandising Production Quality Control- Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards for production processes.
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality, identifying deviations or defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production managers to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Approve production processes and first‑article inspections.
- Maintain documentation for compliance.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing materials meet quality specifications.
- Manage inspection processes for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Oversee proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials to prevent damage or contamination.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure product integrity and traceability.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain QC metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
- Lead internal and external audits (e.g., customer audits, ISO certification).
- Work cross‑functionally with logistics, procurement, and production to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct team huddles to communicate goals, updates, and address issues.
- Train new team members on SOPs and warehouse best practices.
- Help enforce accurate inventory control practices and maintain correct bin locations.
- Generate and review replenishment reports to support timely restocking of pick bins.
- Monitor packaging material levels and coordinate restocking with the Assistant Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure all team members follow operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, mis‑picks, or system errors) and escalated issues to management when needed.

- Knowledge of quality management principles
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in clothing
- Experience in a clothing production environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant certifications or training in quality assurance
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) – preferred, not required
- HS degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of warehouse or similar experience
- At least 2 years of higher education
