Base pay range
$94,000.00/yr - $/yr

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our Miami team and support our growing operations.

What You’ll Do- Lead the Quality Management System in accordance with the Repair Station/Quality Manual (RSQM).
- Ensure compliance with FAA (14 CFR Part 145, Part 43), EASA, CASE, ISO, and customer standards.
- Verify qualifications of inspection personnel and support audits/inspections.
- Manage FAA Anti-Drug & Alcohol Program.
- Oversee proper tagging, handling, and documentation of aircraft safety components.
- Maintain QC/QA procedures, manuals, training documentation, and vendor records.
- Audit work packages and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
- Support safety programs (SMS), hazardous waste compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as FAA point of contact.
- Additional duties described in the RSQM and/or directed by senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of aviation/quality experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Part 145 technical experience (3+ years) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with aviation quality systems.
