• Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment in accordance with industry requirements.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
• Organize and report test results.
• May train others as needed.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.

• Experience with FPI method.
• Previous experience adhering to quality inspections.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, pull, reach and handle.
• Visual acuity and color vision.
• Ability to move, carry, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work extended hours and stand for extended periods of time.

• Education & Certification:
  High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. ASNT NDT Certification or equivalent certifiable training with documented classroom and/or OJT experience.

  Demonstrated ability to perform assigned NDT inspections, accurately interpret results, and apply strong mechanical aptitude.
