Best of Luxury Realty is a technology‑driven, Indie brokerage doing business since 2005. We are growing and looking to add additional team members for Palm Beach County. We are looking for well‑trained agents to service our group's customers who are looking to buy, sell, or lease properties in Southeast Florida.

We invest in each of our agents who are on the “Group Leads Program” an average of $2,000‑$5,000 a month in exclusive leads (20‑30+/mo). Agents are not charged for this, and there are no ongoing fees. We are looking for experienced and motivated agents that can close, who are looking to make money with our group while having an opportunity to do their personal business at a competitive split and develop their own brand.

Real estate advisors must be doing real estate full‑time with a proven track record to join the group. A Florida real‑estate license and high motivation to succeed are required. Best of Luxury Realty is led by Tracey Schmitt, a mega‑agent with the head office in Aventura, Florida. We serve home buyers, sellers, and renters in the South Florida region:
Miami‑Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Collier & Lee Counties.

This position is commission‑based; real‑estate leads will be provided by Tracey Schmitt & the Group, averaging 4‑10 leads weekly.

• An active real estate license in good standing
• Your fair share of closed client transactions
• Proven excellence based on our client surveys
• Agent must be computer savvy. Most of our work is paperless.
• Agent to possess strong oral and written communication skills (including email etiquette)
• Bilingual/Multilingual language skills a plus
• Self‑sufficient and self‑motivated with a positive attitude
• Confident and proficient in preparing paperwork and negotiating terms for clients
• Able to further qualify leads and prioritize accordingly
