The Integra Realty Resources office in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in or near Miami, FL to join our team of senior MAI designated professionals operating out of our Miami/Caribbean office. This role will cover a diverse territory spanning from Palm Beach County to the Florida Keys as well as the Caribbean islands.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. • Active Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ experience appraising a wide range of commercial property types
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and valuation/reporting tools (Argus, CoStar, Excel, etc.)
• A solid understanding of valuation principles

  , and property tax jurisdictional processes and procedures
• The ability to stay responsive and collaborative with leadership and clients throughout each assignment

• MAI designation or active candidacy
• Expertise in preparing appraisals and reviews for complex properties
