The ideal candidate brings a background in residential property valuation and data analysis, with the ability to interpret market trends and appraisal reports effectively.

• Monitor and analyze regional real estate trends to determine current market conditions and asset value.
• Manage and verify data related to active listings, pending transactions, and closed sales to support decision making.
• Review third party appraisals to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal valuation standards.
• Utilize various data sources to generate consistent and logical valuation conclusions for residential properties.
• Assess property comparables and historical sales records to establish accurate pricing ratings.

• Experience with real estate valuation, appraisal review, or similar market analysis roles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in managing large data sets with a high level of attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of residential real estate markets and comparable sales analysis.
