Molecular Separation Specialist

Nanosieving Membrane Technology Gas Separation

We are looking for a Molecular Separation Specialist to join our team and lead the development of advanced nanosieving membranes for gas separation applications. In this role, you will design, test, and optimize membrane systems that enable the efficient separation of methane, carbon dioxide, and other gases in our sustainable energy production process.

• Design and develop advanced membrane systems for molecular gas separation
• Optimize nanosieving processes for maximum efficiency and selectivity
• Conduct laboratory testing of membrane performance
• Collaborate with materials scientists to integrate novel nanomaterials into membrane designs
• Scale up membrane production from laboratory to pilot scale
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in separation processes
• Stay current with emerging trends in molecular separation technology

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in membrane technology or molecular separation
• Strong understanding of gas separation principles and membrane transport phenomena
• Experience with membrane fabrication and characterization techniques
• Familiarity with process simulation and modeling tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience with graphene-zeolite composite membranes
• Knowledge of CH₄/CO₂ separation technologies
• Experience with pilot-scale membrane systems
• Publications in relevant scientific journals
