Position Overview

Restaurant Manager at Sixty Vines, a national wine‑country brand expanding across the country. The role focuses on exceptional guest experiences, staff leadership, and operational excellence in a chef‑inspired, wine‑centric dining environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Lead a team of 3–5 staff, providing training, development, and motivation
  • Manage inventory, supply levels, and kitchen equipment
  • Review financial information and drive sales performance
  • Maintain guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
  • Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high‑volume, full‑service environment
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Results‑driven, trustworthy, and team‑oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred
