What You Will Be Doing

• Wash and catch dishes/silverware through dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature/chemical level to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep dish room, rest rooms, and food preparation areas clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware/plateware for dining room and kitchen.
• Monitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriate.
• Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.
• Wash metal pots and pans through 3‑compartment sink by hand.
• Wash and lift glass racks with glass washer.
• Overall cleanliness of kitchen (sweeping, mopping, breaking down boxes, removal of trash, and more).
• Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.

Flexible during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed.
